Using the site
This toolkit site contains pages and direct file links. Its code does not set cookies, use browser storage, run analytics or advertising pixels, embed third-party media, or collect form responses. The toolkit has no payment, email-signup or upload form.
The larger-text button changes the current page only; it does not save a preference. Downloading or opening a PDF does not send a completed worksheet back to this site.
Keep sensitive information out of the tools
Do not enter passwords, security answers, verification or recovery codes, full account numbers, balances, Social Security numbers or identity-document images. Store completed family plans where the parent chooses. This site is not a reporting or case-intake service.
Hosting and outside links
Charles Thurman, writing as Tommy Thurman, operates this site. Sites provides the hosting. Hosting services may process connection information, including IP addresses and requested files, to deliver and protect the site. Opening external links in the PDFs brings you to services with their own policies.

Please do not send completed worksheets, passwords, codes, account numbers or identity documents. This inbox is not an emergency or incident-response service.

There is no mailing list. Any future optional list must have separate consent and must not block the promised toolkit downloads.
